All products manufactured by Radsatzfabrik Ilsenburg GmbH are subject to permanent quality monitoring during the manufacturing process. Test and monitoring measures for all elements as well as documentation of product-specific data corresponds with the high requirements demanded of suppliers of safety-related components for railway vehicle transport in the interest of both people and goods.
The company is classified as a "Q supplier" to Deutschen Bahn AG. Other renowned German manufacturers of roller bearing systems and Deutsche Bahn AG have authorised Radsatzfabrik Ilsenburg GmbH to assemble roller bearings on wheelsets.
In accordance with the specific railway requirements and in compliance with Approval No. 622 issued by the German Railway Agency (EBA) as a "Vehicle workshop for servicing railway vehicle components", the company performs reworking tasks on wheelsets. The company has also been recertified several times to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 and DIN EN ISO 14001:1996.
Additional supply approvals are available for ÖBB, SBB, SNCB, NS, railways in Britain and Scandinavia.
